Delete your w8t coach account
You can request deletion of your w8t coach account and associated personal data at any time.
What gets deleted
When you delete your w8t coach account, we remove:
- Your account profile and email
- Your weight history and body composition records
- Your scanner history and saved meals
- Your diary entries and daily totals
- Coach insights and weekly summaries
- Subscription preferences
Timeline
- Within 30 days: account data is removed from active systems.
- Up to 7 years: payment transaction records may be retained where required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, chargeback, or financial regulations.
Delete from the app
- Open w8t coach.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm your request.
Delete without app access
Email delete@w8t.ai from the email address on your w8t coach account.
Subject: Account deletion request
Include: The email address on your account
We may ask you to verify the request from the email address on file. We aim to confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
App subscriptions
If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel your subscription separately:
- Apple: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
- Open your Apple ID subscription settings.
Deleting your w8t coach account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.
